Contact Us

APPOINTMENTS

Patients are typically referred to our hospital. Their veterinarian sends us a Referral Form that includes information about your pet and how to contact you. Requests are reviewed by our staff to help us suggest an appropriate time frame to see your pet.  Our staff will contact you with either the earliest regularly scheduled appointment or an appointment on a more urgent basis and will be happy to discuss the costs for each.

We do require 24 hour notification to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to avoid being charged for the time that was held for you.

Please continue on with your pet's current medications until the Initial  Visit.

Canine Eye Registry Foundation (CERF) appointments do not require referral, must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time for drops, and must bring their registration information.

On the day of The Initial Visit
  • Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time
  • Please bring medications that your pet is taking and blood test results
  • Please have your pet controlled on a leash or in a carrier
  • Once your pet has been examined, we will discuss the exam findings, outline options for further testing or treatment, discuss costs, and formulate a plan with your input.
PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required at the time services are provided.  We cheerfully accept cash,  Visa, or Mastercard.  We do not accept personal checks.
